We understand that while we do everything in our power to raise strong, healthy puppies, no breeder can guarantee a lifetime of perfect health. A puppy’s health depends on several factors including genetics, environment, exercise, diet, and ongoing care. However, we proudly offer a 1-Year Written Health Guarantee to give you peace of mind.

What Our Guarantee Covers

If your Doberman puppy develops a serious, untreatable, or life-threatening condition within the first year that is determined to be genetic, we will offer either:

• A replacement puppy of the same sex and quality
• Or a full refund — your choice

We are committed to working with you quickly and respectfully should any issue arise. Please note, the only cost you will be responsible for in the case of a replacement is the delivery fee of the new puppy.

Veterinarian Check Required

To activate your health guarantee, you must take your puppy to a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of pickup or delivery. This ensures your puppy is healthy from the moment they arrive in your care and provides a starting point for your vet’s medical records.

What You Need to Know

• The buyer (you) will be responsible for all routine vet visits and associated costs after adoption.
• We require documentation from a licensed veterinarian if a health issue arises — including detailed exam results and diagnosis.
• This health guarantee is valid for the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.
• All our Doberman puppies are up-to-date on vaccinations and come with a complete health record at the time of adoption.

Who Can File a Health Guarantee Claim?

Only the original buyer listed in the adoption agreement may file a claim under this guarantee. We certify that every Doberman puppy from Doberman Family Puppies is in excellent health at the time of sale.
